Choo Dee Wei

Choo Dee Wei is a member of Lincoln's Inn in the United Kingdom, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales on the 13th of October 2005. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on the 6th of April 2007.

He practised for 2 years in Messrs Skrine before moving to Messrs Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill in 2009, where he practised for the next 5 years. Thereafter he joined Messrs CK Hau & Co in 2014 as partner and in April 2016, founded Messrs Dee, Netto, Fatimah & Ng with 3 other partners.

Alex Anton Netto

Alex Anton Netto was called to the Bar on the 11th of September 2008.

From time to time, Alex Anton Netto is regularly sought after by companies, financial institutions and individuals for general advice. He has represented financial institutions in loan reconstruction exercises with defaulting borrowers, winding-up actions, bankruptcy proceedings, divorce petitions and in proceedings for grant for probate or letters of administration.

Alex Anton Netto is a criminal litigation partner of the firm and also sits as a committee member of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee.

Fatimah Zaharah Ramli

Fatimah Zahrah Ramli graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2008. She chambered in 2009 at Messrs Mazlan Sengari & Co. and was called to the Bar on the 19th of March 2010.

She accepted an offer to join the Prosecution Division of the Attorney General's Chambers of Malaysia, and served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor for some two years. Throughout her service she was assigned to appear in several courts, during which:

  • she conducted criminal trials on a near-daily basis, which involved, among others, numerous types of charges under the Penal Code, Dangerous Drugs Act 1950, Arms Act 1960, Immigrations Act 1959 and Common Gaming Houses Act 1953;
  • she was trained to handle various types of crimes, such as sexual crimes, commercial crimes, and narcotics/drug cases;
  • she attended training courses with the Attorney General Chambers, to equip her with the prosecuting techniques and knowledge for conducting criminal trials;
  • she conducted prosecution in the juvenile courts and involving minors, which are of delicate nature.
She resigned as a Deputy Public Prosecutor in March 2012 to proceed with private practice, and founded her own firm, Messrs Fatimah Zahrah & Partners in 2013. Specializing in criminal law and criminal litigation, she serves our citizens, both adults and minors, and immigrants.

Bryan Ng Yih Miin

Bryan Ng Yih Miin practises in the area of corporate and commercial transactions, banking, finance and real estate.

In his previous practice at a medium large law firm in Kuala Lumpur, he had advised both major, local and foreign, banking and financial institutions in various areas including advisory on compliance with the Securities Commission's Guidelines, Central Bank of Malaysia rulings and regulations, factoring, moneylending, employment matters and Capital Market and Services Act, Personal Data Protection and other related matters.

Bryan has advised SME and large corporations on the structuring/restructuring of companies; on their human resources, on partnerships, corporate investments; international trade (which includes foreign direct investments and related issues) and the protection of intellectual property.

Bryan Ng has also advised both local and foreign clients which amongst others, local and foreign multinational companies, on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions which includes licensing, due diligence, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, international joint ventures and also general corporate conveyancing. He has been involved in 2 of the major prime land transactions in Kuala Lumpur.

Chen Yu Szen

Chen Yu Szen graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of West of England, Bristol in 2012 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2013. He commenced his pupilage in Messrs Zul Rafique & Partners, and was called to the Malaysian Bar on the 7th of November 2014.

As his passion in the legal field lies predominately in dispute resolution, he has been involved with various contentious matters in areas relating to family law, administrative law, banking litigation, debt recovery, construction and adjudication. He always held the belief that one of the traits of being an exceptional lawyer is how one is able to take a complex legal matter and simplify it so that legal solutions are more readily understandable to clients.

Chen Yu Szen is also an active member and the current Deputy Chairperson of the Young Lawyers' Committee for the Kuala Lumpur Bar.
